This sample demonstrates the tracking of moving objects based on
changing coordinate values (such as the coordinates generated by
GPS devices). This sample uses the TGIS_Shape.SetPosition function
to lock/unlock the layer and track the moving objects, which are
represented by the little airplane shaped symbols.
